Roles and permissions - Emplorium Documentation

Roles decide what teammates can do. You assign a role when you invite someone, or later from Settings › Teammates. Manage roles in Settings › Roles & permissions.

Create a role

Click Create role.
Give it a name and a description.
Pick its permissions (see below).
Optionally add agents to the role straight away.

Open a role to see its members and change its permissions.

Permissions

Permissions are grouped by area. For most areas you can allow viewing, creating, editing and deleting separately.

Area	Lets a teammate…
Messages	View, send, edit and delete messages in chats.
Team members	View teammates and invite new ones.
Roles	View and manage roles.
Billing	View and manage plans, credits and invoices.
Settings	View and change workspace settings.
Integrations	View and connect channels and apps.
AI features	View and manage Aura AI agents.
Analytics	View analytics.
Profile	View and update their own profile.

Give people the smallest role that lets them do their job. A teammate who only answers chats needs Messages, not Billing or Roles.
