Home is the first page you see each day: who’s waiting, what’s yours, who’s on your site and how Aura is doing.

While a new workspace is being set up, Home shows the setup guide instead. The usual Home comes back once the required steps are done.

Waiting for an agent	Open chats in your queues with no one on them yet, and the longest wait.
Your chats	Chats assigned to you, and how many are unread.
On your site now	Visitors online, split into chatting and browsing.
Resolved by Aura	The share of chats Aura resolved in the last 7 days, how many it’s handling now and how many it handed off.
