# Workspace details

> Your workspace's name, website and timezone, your plan's usage and the widget's connection.

**Settings › Workspace details** holds the basics of your workspace.

Settings › Workspace details.

## Workspace overview

* **Workspace name**: usually your company's name. Your team sees it across the dashboard.
* **Website URL**: your company's main website.
* **Timezone**: used for times and dates across your workspace.

Click **Save** at the top of the page to apply your changes.

## Connection status

**Widget connectivity** shows whether your chat widget is connected and live on your website. If it isn't, see [Install the chat widget](https://docs.emplorium.io/get-started/install-the-widget.md).
