# Visitors

> See who's on your website right now, and start a chat with them.

**Visitors** lists everyone on your website right now: anyone on a page with your [chat widget](https://docs.emplorium.io/get-started/install-the-widget.md).

Visitors: who's on your site, what they're looking at, and for how long.

* **All**, **Chatting** and **Browsing** filter the list: visitors in a chat, or just looking around.
* **Search** by name, page, country or browser.
* Each row shows the visitor's **name**, **status**, **browser**, **OS**, **country**, **current page** and **time on site**.

## Start a chat

Spotted someone who might need help, like a visitor lingering on your pricing page? Click **Start chat** on their row to message them first. The chat opens in your [Inbox](https://docs.emplorium.io/inbox/overview.md).
