# Home

> What needs you right now, and how support is going.

**Home** is the first page you see each day: who's waiting, what's yours, who's on your site and how Aura is doing.

> While a new workspace is being set up, Home shows the [setup guide](https://docs.emplorium.io/get-started/setup-guide.md) instead. The usual Home comes back once the required steps are done.

## At a glance

| Card | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Waiting for an agent** | Open chats in your queues with no one on them yet, and the longest wait. |
| **Your chats** | Chats assigned to you, and how many are unread. |
| **On your site now** | Visitors online, split into chatting and browsing. |
| **Resolved by Aura** | The share of chats Aura resolved in the last 7 days, how many it's handling now and how many it handed off. |

## Below the cards

* **Waiting for an agent**: the visitors waiting right now. Pick one up from here.
* **Recently active**: visitors who were just on your site.
* **Last 7 days**: chats per day for the past week, with chats started, resolution rate and average time to close. **View analytics** opens the full [Analytics](https://docs.emplorium.io/insights/analytics.md).

## The top bar

The chips at the top of every page show **Online visitors**, **Online agents** and **Your inbox** at any time. Click one to see the list behind it.
